1. Payments & deposits
- A 50% deposit of the accommodation cost is required to secure all bookings.
- Full payment must be received at least 7 days before check-in.
- A R1,000 refundable breakage/damage deposit is payable together with the booking deposit.
- The damage deposit is refunded after inspection, subject to any deductions for damage or breakages.
- Guests must pay the difference if damages exceed the R1,000 damage deposit.
- Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit and damage deposit reflect in the account.
2. Cancellations
- A 20% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
- No refunds are given for early departures or no-shows.
3. Arrival & occupancy
- Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
- Only guests included in the booking may occupy the property.
- No subletting is permitted.
4. House rules
- No smoking inside the property.
- No loud noise after 22:00.
- Guests must keep the property clean and in good condition.
- Guests are responsible for any damage and breakages during their stay.
5. Liability
- Management is not responsible for loss, theft, injury or damage to personal belongings.
- Management reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if these terms are breached.
